Spendrol stores the details you enter in the app, including your profile information, income, expenses, categories, payment modes, contacts, ledger records, budget settings and app preferences.

Contacts and device permissions

If you choose to sync contacts, Spendrol uses contact information only to help you create and manage contact-wise money records. We do not sell your contacts.

How we use information

Your information is used to show dashboards, save entries, sync data, export reports, manage contacts, verify your account and keep your app experience working across sessions.

PDF and Excel exports

When you export PDF or Excel reports, you control where those files are stored and shared. Please review exported files before sending them to others.

Email communication

We may send account-related emails such as verification codes, password reset messages, welcome emails and important service updates.

Security

We use reasonable technical safeguards for data transfer and access. You should keep your mobile number, password and device secure.

Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain security.

Your choices

You can update profile details in the app, control optional permissions from your device settings and contact us for privacy-related support. You can also request account and data deletion from the Account Deletion page.
