Request deletion of your Spendrol account and data.

How to request deletion

Send an email to info@spendrol.com with the subject Spendrol Account Deletion Request.

Please include the mobile number and email address used for your Spendrol account so we can verify and process the request.

What data will be deleted

After verification, we will delete or anonymize your Spendrol account profile, income records, expense records, ledger records, contact balance records, categories, payment modes, app preferences and exported-report metadata stored on our servers.

Data that may be retained

Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling or service audit purposes. Any retained data will be kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes.

Processing time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 7 business days. If we need more information to verify the account owner, we will reply to your request email.

Important note

Deleting your account is permanent. Once completed, your deleted Spendrol records cannot be restored.
